Privacy Policy
Impastory (impastory.com) is operated by a sole
trader registered in the Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 19431805 — referred to below
as “we”. We sell digital wallpaper collections. We collect as little data about you as
we can get away with, and this page explains exactly what that is.
What we collect
- Purchases. Checkout and payment are handled by our merchant of
record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC. They process your name, e-mail address, payment details
and billing country in order to complete the sale, deliver your files and handle
taxes. We receive your e-mail address and order details, which we use only to
deliver your purchase and provide support. See the
Lemon Squeezy privacy policy.
- Waitlist / e-mail. If you leave your e-mail address to hear about
the launch or new collections, we store it and use it solely for those
announcements. Every message includes a way to opt out, and you can ask us to delete
your address at any time.
- Analytics. We run a self-hosted instance of Umami, a
privacy-focused analytics tool. It uses no cookies, stores no personal data and does
not track you across other sites. We see aggregate numbers — pages viewed, country,
browser — nothing tied to you as a person.
- Local storage. Your shopping cart lives in your own browser's
local storage. It never leaves your device.
What we don't do
We set no advertising or tracking cookies, we do not sell or share your data with
anyone for marketing, and we do not profile you. There is nothing to consent to,
which is why there is no cookie banner.
Where your data lives
Our website and analytics run on servers in the European Union. Lemon Squeezy is a
US company and processes payment data under its own safeguards for international
transfers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, have it
corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Write to us and we'll sort it out —
usually the same week. You also have the right to complain to the Czech Office for
Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
