Impastory · Legal
Impastory (impastory.com) is operated by a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 19431805 — “we” below. By buying or downloading our wallpapers you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose; please actually read them.
Digital goods: collections of 4K wallpaper images created as AI-assisted oil-paint renders, delivered as downloadable files. Nothing physical ships. Preview images on the site are representative of the files you receive.
Orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, who handle payment, applicable VAT/sales tax and invoicing. Their terms apply to the payment transaction itself. Prices are shown in USD; your bank may convert at its own rate.
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, forever:
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share the files, include them in products or services you sell, mint them as NFTs, or use them to train machine-learning models. The artworks and the Impastory brand remain our property.
Because the product is a digital file delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the download has been made available. That said, if something is broken — a corrupt file, a duplicate charge, files that don't match the listing — write to us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
The wallpapers are original artistic renderings. They are sold for personal decorative use only and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any person, brand or film studio that a motif may evoke.
The files are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your purchase applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumer disputes may also be brought to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) or the EU ODR platform.
